Stump Grinding
How much does it cost?
The cost of stump grinding depends on the size of the stump. Grinding a stump is less expensive than having a stump excavated. The cheapest option is to have us grind the stump and then you take care of the cleaning up the mulch. We will also remove the stump mulch and we can bring in topsoil for planting grass.
How does it work?
One of our machines will grind your stump to about 6 inches below ground-level. The stump mulch can be used as fill somewhere on your property or we can haul it away. If you want grass to grow on the area, you should plan on removing most of the stump mulch and covering the area with topsoil.
